Meat saw blade can be disassembled and cleaned by adjusting the adjustment knob on the top.

2.Adjustable Cutting Thickness

When you cut bones, loosen the fixing screws on the workbench first, then push the thickness baffle to the appropriate cutting position, and finally tighten the screws to fix it. 

There is a clear scale on the bone saw machine table, you can choose a suitable position according to your needs.
