Operation mode:
1. Loosen the fascia, then adjust the angle of the grinding knife and fix it.
2. Adjustment of the center axis.
Turn the center axis to the grinding blade
Push the center axis to the right
By installing the saw blade, you can turn the wheel and determine whether the teeth of the grinder are blocked.
Turn the rotary table to fix the angle of the blade.
The intersection angle between the grinding surface and the working surface is about 5°.
3. Adjust the overall positioning
Adjust the saw blade to the best grinding position by rotating the positioning trimmer.
Adjust the positioning pin to the
appropriate root of the grinding tooth and leave the grinding amount distance, and install the fixing screw.
4. Make the grinding amount on the right the same by adjusting the distance of the center axis.
5. When all parts are installed, grind the saw blade with a slat.
