The  oil filter truck is mainly used to filter edible oil after food frying. Its main application is in the kitchen, such as the kitchen of fast food restaurants, Western restaurants or the deli room of supermarkets.

working principle:

The edible oil passes through an oil extraction system equipped with filter paper, and the residue and powder are filtered by the filter paper. The clean oil is again pumped into the wok's wok.

NOTE:

 The engine oil must be clean. The capacity of the oil filter truck is 30L. When the capacity of the frying pan exceeds 28L, other containers should be used. Normal frying pan capacity is less than 28L.
